MPS Lead Planner

• Analyze customer needs & priorities to prepare delivery plan.
• Plans, schedules, coordinates and/or monitors the flow of products through the complete production cycle.
• Responsible for preparing Sales & operation plan, MPS, S&OE.
• Ensure timely escalation and coordination for capacity requirement analysis.
• Optimization of Inventory Management in the end-to-end supply chain.
• Reactive support to the production line, fast resolution and root cause analysis of pain points observed.
• Should analyze the MRP calculations & results.
• Should work on SAP master data creation & maintain (PP&MM module), analysis of BOM, Production order Ageing, CoGI, material flow study.
