JOB TITLE:  LEAN ADVISOR

 

POSITION:

As a Lean Advisor, he ensures the deployment and maintenance of all the Lean tools, processes, skills and methodologies necessary for the good management of his perimeter.

He functionally coordinates an internal network of Lean coach which will allow the operational deployment of all the methods recommended by the Latécoère Performance System (LPS *).

He communicates internally on policy and continuous improvement initiatives and drives change management.

 

ACTIVITIES:

  • Manage the P30 process by coordinating project pilots, coaching teams and providing an adapted methodology
  • Create a dynamic of change through the management teams
  • Maintain an exhaustive view of Lean standard and projects in progress
  • Project the entire organization into a long-term vision of continuous improvement. Communicate this vision to the entire organization (organization of Lean and Hoshin Kanri seminars, celebration of successes, newsletter publication, department and direction meeting Lean-oriented, etc.)
  • Manage Lean roadmap in order to improve Lean maturity regarding LPS* requirements.
  • Actively participate in the Lean Advisor community (led by the central) by proposing standards improvements and by participating in the definition and deployment of new ones.
  • Ensure the sustainability of the savings generated by the Lean approach through experience feedback (REX) and the systematic updating of standards
  • Be responsible for the proper use of the standards of its scope and validate the key milestones of these
  • Actively participate in the site's continuous improvement plan

 

 ANIMATE LEAN ACTIVITIES IN HIS DEPARTMENT

  • Lead the monthly Hoshin Kanri steering meetings as well as annual seminars
  • Communicate to his service the objectives and values of the community
  • Lead the community of internal lean coach
  • Provide an integration plan for any newcomer to the lean activities. Ensure that this integration plan is in line with the recommendations of Lean central
  • Provide regular feedbacks and capitalize information’s as well as good initiatives
  • Alert and report difficulties into Lean activities deployment

 

REQUIREMENT:

  • Bachelor degree in engineering, business or related technical area preferred.
  • Six sigma green belt or equivalent certification in continuous improvement tools (Lean, kaizen, or equivalent) required.
  • English Language.
  • Meticulous, motivated, organized, good relationship.
  • Confident with Excel and Word.
  • Able to analyze and explain clearly a problem.
  • Work with high reactivity and with willing to solve problems (finding solutions)
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to coach, motivate and mobilize others.
  • Project Management.
  • Autocad Program.

Would be great:

  • Knowledge of Lean procedure
  • Have an experience of electric harnesses
  • Basic command of the English language
