The Quality Auditor will report to the Quality Audit Manager Americas and will be responsible for planning and conducting Quality Management System, Product, Supplier audits and coordinating with quality teams at sites to ensure adequate corrective actions are taken to address non-conformances. 
QUALITY AUDITOR FUNCTIONS
Ensure the organization and suppliers are in adherence with regulatory requirements, industry standards and internal policies.
•    Perform Internal Quality Management System, Product and Supplier audits.
•    Maintain Internal Audit schedule and assign auditors.
•    Conduct Lead internal auditors, maintain training materials, and provide training to new auditors as required. 
•    Complete Audit Reports and share with the auditees. Ensure the audit findings are addressed and closed effectively.
•    Create RCAs (Root Cause Analysis) in system and take part as RCA team member to address audit findings.
•    Maintain External Audit schedule for the audits conducted by regulatory bodies or customers. 
•    Ensure the external audit findings are recorded in RCA/equivalent system and followed up effectively.
•    Perform Supplier Quality audits by visiting supplier on site and/or remotely.
•    Submit Supplier Audit Reports in the system and follow up with suppliers for effective closures.
•    Maintain the Supplier Audit Schedule including DPD, tooling and other suppliers. 
•    Support Quality teams in developing or revising QMS procedures, checklists and forms as needed.
•    Develop trend metrics related to audits. Present audit results for key stakeholders. 
•    Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers and maintain accurate and complete records. 
•    Support Health, Safety and Environment teams to achieve compliance with Safety and Environment Standards.
Qualifications:
•    Degree/Diploma in Aerospace, Quality Engineering, or other relevant discipline
•    AS9100 Lead Auditor or ISO9001:2015 Internal Auditor Training.
•    2 or more years of Internal or Lead Auditor experience.
•    2 or more years’ work experience in a regulated manufacturing environment. 
•    Effective communication skills; verbal, written, and technical presentations.
•    Pro-active approach to performing daily activities and supporting additional requests for assistance while meeting established and changing deadlines.
•    Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, and proficiency with statistical methods.
•    Exceptional mechanical aptitude (i.e., intuitive understanding of mechanical processes) is an asset.
•    Knowledge of ISO14001 and ISO45001 is preferred.
•    Ability to travel to supplier sites as required.
•    Ability to undergo security clearance process for export controls: CGP, ITAR.
