• The Operation program coordinator coordinates the activities required to manufacture the products for which he is responsible.

• Reporting to the Operations Program manager, he is responsible for meeting performance targets in terms of Cost / On Time Delivery.

• His scope covers the assembly site and the associated supply chain.

• Compliance with OTD (On time Delivery) and turnover (Sales) target

• Managing demand (S&OE), the order book and the proper execution of SOP* and MPS.

• Monitoring of recurring costs

• Follow-up of OTD, costs and cash optimization plans

• End-to-end coordination (from procurement to delivery)

• Providing the elements required for invoicing

• Coordinates teams on site (and even between sites) to ensure that operational objectives are met, both in nominal situations and in special situations: recovery, MOD, ramp-up or ramp-down

• He is the customer's focal point for all operational matters

• Control and manage the delivery schedule

• Negotiates the OTD (Customer Collaboration)

• Provides the customer with information on current and future production (progress, recovery and remaining work)

• Reports to the Operations Program Manager on KPIs and significant events and/or deviations from the contract.

• Coordinates action plans and root cause analysis

• Gathers information for Claim files (evidence and associated costs)

• Assesses the costs associated with production disruptions

• Analyzes the site's capacity: human capacity, availability of supplies, industrial performance, etc.

• Prepares program status reports
